Resolving Contract Disputes
CCMG's activities were governed by a Committee, with a chairman, secretary and treasurer, under a set of rules. The rules set out the objects of CCMG, and regulate membership (including affiliation) subscriptions, AGMs and EGMs, rules of conduct, keeping and auditing of accounts, etc.
They encouraged staff to feel part of ‘the team’, to take pride in what they do and to let them know that it is appreciated. Because of their philosophy many of staff remained with them for years. Both operative and management turnover were very low.
